We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund. Upon certain conditions we may offer store credit for late returns. These conditions are outlined below. Please be sure that all items are sent back in accordance to our return policy, as written below:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, undergarments, gift cards, final sale, and accessories are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- All returns must have a return slip filled out that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
- When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out a return slip for each applicable order.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Returns are processed within 15 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- We do not issue refunds due to shipping times. Sometimes on holidays or during peak seasons we may experience high order volumes; this is normal and may cause a slight delay in your shipment times. Nonetheless, we will try to ship your order within the promised time frame. If you do not wish to keep the item once you have received it, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- If any item that is in it's original packaging with all tags attached and is unused, unwashed, and not tampered with, is returned more than 30 days after delivery, it may be applicable for store credit only. We reserve the right to refuse a refund as stated under our "Reserved Rights Regarding Returns". After 30 days have gone by we cannot issue a refund to the original form of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Because we can't ensure the style/size required will be available by the time returned items come back to our Returns Facility, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged if notified within 14 days. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, first & last name, and a brief explanation with "Defective Item" as the subject header. How To Initiate A Return
It's simple! Just follow the steps below:
1) Fill out the return slip that's provided to you when you receive your package
2) Return your items via any mail carrier of your choice (we recommend USPS)
*All returns must include your return slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Returns Facility. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you a refund minus all shipping costs.
FYI: Baddie All Night is not responsible for returns until they reach our Returns Facility in California. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Baddie All Night will not issue a refund for your returns.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
- This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
- Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charges.
- If you need to make a change to your order, contact email@example.com ASAP and we will do our best to try and resolve your concern. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
- We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed, but if you need to change/modify your order after placement, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP so we can do our best to resolve your concern.
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Items not belonging to Baddie All Night that are sent to our Returns Facility will be discarded and no refund will be issued upon receipt.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the same value (minus shipping costs). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. Gift certificates never expire and can be used any time!
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the original buyer/gift giver and will notify them that a return has been initiated.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
